4Mil Models Scale Model Kits Department presents 100 transport vehicles, support vehicles and equipment in 1:76 scale kits in white metal and resin. These kits are mostly of post-WW2 British military, and WW2 British and Canadian vehicles. The 1:76 scale white metal kits provide a comprehensive range of models of the transport vehicles, support vehicles and equipment, artillery and other specialised vehicles used by all branches of the British Armed Forces since 1945.

The Standard Range covers mostly of vehicles of the 1950's and 1960's including Green Goddess, Saracen Armoured Patrol Carriers and the FV 651 Alvis Salamander Fire/Crash Tender in addition to many support vehicles based on the platform of the Bedford truck. The separate Emergency Vehicle Range includes fire service vehicles used in the United Kingdom post WW2. Our range of 1:76 scale resin kits includes WW2 British, Commonwealth and US softskin vehicles. These kits include the original version of the Series 1 Land Rover (introduced to the civilian market in 1948) the English version of the then popular 'Jeep'.

The Saxon APC in our store was introduced into British Army service in the early 1980s. At the end of the 1980s the British Army was looking for a replacement for the numerous Humber "Pigs" still in use in N. Ireland. One of the more unusual models in store is the Standard Ford 6x4 chassis X-ray vehicle as used by British and Canadian Casualty Clearing Stations.
